Admin Dashboard
Horuph Studio Usage Guide Version 1.0.0
What This Page Is
The Admin Dashboard is the main overview screen for the system. It shows live status, recent activity, and quick access links to core tools and installed addons.
Header Area
- Admin info: shows the current user and date/time.
- Quick access: shows a shortcut list/count of installed (frequently used) addons so you can jump to them faster.
Addon Dashboard Cards
The cards at the top are called Addon Dashboard Cards. Each addon can provide its own dashboard card to show the latest information at a glance (counts, status, quick actions).
- Example cards: System Heartbeat, Contents, Forms, Mail Service, …
- Live updates: card data refreshes automatically (no manual reload needed).
- Quick actions: cards may include direct links (example: Open worker console).
Recent Activity
The Recent Activity section shows the latest system actions (who did what and when). This list updates automatically and helps you quickly audit recent changes.
- Filter by type using the dropdown (if available).
- Useful for tracking admin actions like media changes, block updates, redirects, installs, etc.
System Tools (Quick Links)
The System Tools panel is a shortcut list to core admin tools, such as:
- Media Manager (media files)
- Queue Worker (job list and worker settings)
- Design Tools (static blocks and template files)
- Activity Logs (system activity log)
- Settings and Global Settings
- Install Addons (addons and languages)
System Status
The system status panel shows health information like database connection, used space, and debug mode. This is a quick way to verify the platform is running normally.
Notes
- Dashboard content can grow as you install more addons (each addon may contribute its own card).
- If a card is missing, it usually means the addon does not provide a dashboard widget.
- Live/auto-refresh depends on the system heartbeat/worker settings.
